The main idea of ‘Clean Eating’ is to consume food mostly in its natural state or as close to it as possible. Unfortunately, our busy lifestyles make this extremely hard if not impossible. The Clean Eating Meal Plan which is used by many Personal Trainers is designed specifically with all this in mind by allocating easy to prepare meals which are healthy and nutrient rich incorporating the five food groups.
Breakfasts include a variety of 5 minute omelettes, Oats, Weet-Bix & the occasional smoothie. Lunches include sandwiches, salads & wraps. Dinners include your favourite meats/chicken/fish and vegetables Two small snacks throughout the day are also added. If you are looking to *lose weight or to simply start eating clean, healthy nutritious food then this is the Plan for you!
